Save America Fund Team

Founded by veteran Democratic strategist Eric Hyers, Save America Fund is a federal Super PAC that supports Democratic candidates for federal office. Hyers has managed winning gubernatorial campaigns for Gina Raimondo (RI, 2014), Steve Bullock (MT, 2016) and Andy Beshear (KY, 2019). Julia Naomi Blue is a veteran national fundraising consultant who has raised over $750M to support various Democratic candidates, c3, c4 and independent-expenditures. Previous clients include Governor Gretchen Whitmer (MI), Senator Raphael Warnock (GA) and Pete Buttigieg. Julia has also held prominent fundraising roles with Obama for America, the Democratic National Committee, and the Milwaukee 2020 Host Committee.

Joe Wolf is a seasoned Democratic operative based in Phoenix, Arizona. Joe brings over a decade’s worth of experience in campaign management, political communications, and public affairs experience to the table to drive positive outcomes for clients. Joe served as Governor Katie Hobbs’ senior advisor in 2022, helping her flip Arizona’s governor’s office blue for the first time since 2006. In addition to his role with Save America Fund and Governor Hobbs, in 2022 alone, Joe also advised Senate Majority PAC, DCCC, Rep. Henry Cuellar, and Rep Wiley Nickel.

Sheila O’Connell is a recognized Maryland and national political strategist with decades of strategic and communications experience. In Maryland, Sheila managed Senator Van Hollen’s first winning campaign to the US Senate, helped pass Marriage Equality and served as President Obama’s statewide Director. Sheila was on the McKenna Media team that helped increase the Democratic majority in the Maryland State Senate and elect Maryland Comptroller Brooke Lierman. Outside of Maryland, Sheila worked on the media teams that helped elect U.S. Representatives Haley Stevens, Jill Tokuda, Becca Balint, and Chris Deluzio among many others. Sheila lives in Maryland where she is raising her three sons.
